We offer a variety of fun, effective workout classes and personal training sessions

Whether we teach with drumsticks, trampolines, punching bags or GIANT tires, we are ALWAYS trying to keep the workouts at Sunshine’s Fitness Studio & Wellness Center FUN and INTERESTING. With Zumba, STRONG, Pilates, Power 1/2 Hour, Mommy & Me, and Pound, we offer a WIDE range of fitness classes for people of ALL fitness levels. Our personal trainers are always cooking up creative workouts as well, guaranteed to make you break a sweat and keep you on your toes!

Receive the personal attention you need to achieve your goals

The biggest factor that makes Sunshine’s Fitness Studio & Wellness Center different is the personal attention you will receive. If you are working on a specific weight loss or fitness goal, you can sign up for private Weigh & Measure check-ins before or after class. Don’t be surprised if someone reaches out to you to see how you are doing if you haven’t been to class in a while. When you walk through our doors, you are not just an face in the crowd. We want to get to know you, to help you, and to be your biggest cheerleaders on your wellness journey!

$7 per class or $60 for a 10 class pass.

Class Descriptions

Butts ‘N Guts XPRESS

Butts ‘N Guts XPRESS class is a great way to tone up THAT troublesome abdominal & booty region! It’s designed to be a safe way to strengthen these areas, while strengthening your back as well! The class consist of specific moves, sequences and routines put together to give you an AMAZING core workout. Even if you have never been to a class before and simply want to tone up, this 30 minute class is a fun alternative to the gym! Suitable for ages 9 and up and all fitness abilities!

Zumba

Zumba is a fusion of Latin, Hip hop, and international music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting, easy to follow workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  

STRONG by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba is a strength-training party, using music as the main motivator in a high intensity workout.  Optimize your workout and make every minute count as you push beyond your limits.  Discover the athlete within you; feel the force, the energy and GET FIT!

Mommy & Me

Mommy & Me Fitness Classes offer a fun, non-competitive, supportive environment where everyone can move at their own pace! Classes are designed for moms holding little ones and moms bringing kids who are big enough to dance and move along side them. It's a great workout for moms and a lot of fun for kids! :)

*Classes are $7 per adult and $3 per child.

Power Half Hour

Circuit training used for body conditioning. Combining strength training, cardio, while building muscle endurance.
