Sunshine offers all walks of life the opportunity to better themselves not only physically but mentally and emotionally! It's a fitness family, and she makes you feel right at home, along with everyone who goes! She is there with you to cheer you on and give you and hand to pull you up or a shoulder to cry on. The only place I feel like I can go to workout without judgment. Everyone is so kind and really wants you to succeed and will do whatever it takes to help you do so. After the first time going, its like everyone becomes family. I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather be.
