Do you want more upper body and core strength?
This class is all about sculpting the arms with targeted exercises for the triceps, shoulders, deltoids, biceps & upper back. We will also dive into the core to taper your torso and strengthen your core. Modifications will always be provided. This class is designed and taught by a personal trainer.
Baby Dance Flow
Baby Dance Flow is a 45 minute dance class for pregnant women and/or caregivers and their 0-6 months old babies. Simply strap baby into a carrier and enjoy this lively step-and-sway class that will make your heart happy and get your body moving in a safe way. This is a perfect way to bond with baby, and meet other people going through similar experiences.
Battle Ropes Fusion
In addition to being a great tool for burning fat and cardio, battle ropes are also excellent for strengthening your core muscles. When you use battle ropes, your entire body is engaged in stabilizing and controlling the movement of the ropes, which builds a significant amount of core strength. As you perform battle rope exercises, you will feel your abs, obliques, and lower back working hard to maintain proper form and stability. This not only helps to build a stronger core, but it also helps to improve your posture and reduce your risk of injury. By incorporating battle ropes into your workout routine, you can effectively burn fat and improve your cardio, making it an excellent tool for those looking to lose weight or increase their overall fitness level Expect battle ropes in combination with other workout equipment in this fusion class.
Barre is well known for its ability to tone, shape, improve postural alignment, and enhance both core strength and mobility. This low impact class can also be fast-paced and challenging for all areas of the body, resulting in strong, elongated muscles. Yes, nearly anyone can do barre fusion regardless of age or fitness level and still reap the rewards.
This Barre class may be fused with additional styles of workouts, based on the certified instructor's preference. It's a guarantee that this class will never be boring! These classes may include light weights, mat-based exercises, core focused sessions, lower body isometric moves at the bar and plenty of arm work.

The BOSU ball (BOSU is an abbreviation for "both sides up,") creates instability, which forces you to engage your core and use more muscle groups in order to keep your body in the right form and position. As a result, you can expect to improve your balance, and develop stronger abdominal and back muscles. A BOSU ball looks like a stability ball cut in half. Its flat on one side and rounded on the other. It's an incredible tool to help you build strength and adds the extra challenge of balance training. Every BOSU Fusion class will be combined with other equipment, making it a fun, full body workout that will constantly keep your attention! Bosu Fusion will be offered at 8:15 Am on Saturday's, only for the month of April 2023.
Boxing & Barbells
Our instructors make you feel like you have your own personal trainer. You'll burn major calories while doing lots of drills and rounds on a freestanding bag. Improve your core strength and tone every inch of your body as we incorporate kickboxing, weightlifting and cardio in every class! It's just YOU against YOU!
We'll wrap up class with stretches and a cool down that will bring you back from one of the best workouts you'll ever have. Boxing & Barbells is more than a workout; it's an experience in empowerment!
Deep Stretch & Tone
Stretch & Tone Class is geared specifically for those who are interested in a gentle, rehabilitative and relaxing stretch. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Stretch & Tone is appropriate for every fitness level, shape or size. You'll lose yourself in the tranquility of the low lighting and soft music. This class is a gift you give yourself.
If you want to sweat, have fun, burn calories, and increase your muscular definition and endurance then GROUP CIRCUIT is for you! This class combines full body weight exercises with various equipment in a circuit format to give you an effective full-body workout. GROUP CIRCUIT provides the ultimate workout to develop strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. From beginners to bodybuilders, and every fitness level in between, GROUP CIRCUIT is a great way to get your heart pounding, blood pumping, and muscles working. Modifications always provided. GROUP LIFT is a choreographed barbell weightlifting class. GROUP LIFT will deliver a total body transformation. Using high reps, GROUP LIFT classes give you sculpted shoulders, defined biceps and triceps, strong lean legs, firm glutes and a tight core. Choreography in each of these areas is specifically targeted so you'll burn fat, burn more calories and achieve more meaningful fat loss and muscle fatigue. Your in full control of the amount of weight you load on the barbell. The end result is that you build strength while increasing muscle definition to the max!
Our new HIIT IT class at Sunshine's Fitness Studio features varying intervals of intense cardio and/or strength exercises paired with active recovery. In this HIIT workout; increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your power and endurance, and work your entire body with a variety of movements. Modifications always provided.
Resistance Band Fitness Class
It's a 50 minute, full body conditioning class that employs resistance loop bands to sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes and core. No muscle goes untouched. We're all about blending cardio and strength training! Bands are easy to store and travel with. You can literally do this class anywhere! Office, any small room or hotel room.... all you need is a little determination! Modifications provided. Let's go!
Senior Strength & Balance
Strength & Balance Class is designed to help you become stronger and improve your balance. The movements taught focus on specific exercises to improve strength and flexibility around the shoulders, ankles, knees and hip joints, all while improving your reaction time.
This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of the individuals participating. A chair, barre or light weights may be used for strength, balance & support.
Stability Ball Fusion
This low impact, stability ball class will help you improve balance and coordination while targeting specific muscle groups such as the legs, chest and abdominals. Numerous smaller stabilizer muscles are engaged while you target the larger muscle groups. Additionally, your abdominal muscles are involved in nearly all of the stability ball exercises giving you the added bonus of strengthening your core and lower back. Get your heart rate up, while enjoying the deep stretches that a stability ball can provide during our cool down. This class will be fused with other equipment such as light weights, bands etc. It's guaranteed to be challenging, fun, effective & different!
Step Tabata is perfect for all fitness levels. The 50 minute class incorporates both cardio and weight training exercises using the step bench. It's Tabata Style which means you'll have 8 rounds, with 8 cycles in each round. Every cycle is 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest (aka dance party). Chloe has designed this to be easy to follow, providing modifications along the way, but also opportunities to challenge yourself. Fun and sweat always guaranteed.

Trampoline workouts help circulate blood and oxygen to all the tissues in the body, including the brain. This class is a cardio and sculpting workout that features 3-4 rounds of jumping on the trampoline with full body sculpting intervals! Trampolining works your lower back and leg muscles (including your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves) while also challenging your aerobic system. Essentially, it's a great combo of cardio and strength training. It's amazing for your body because the buoyant mat absorbs up to 80% impact from your ankles, knees and joints! We'll approach the workout safely and intensify as you feel comfortable! Class suitable for all fitness levels.
